Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?
Yes, COD is available for every customer’s convenience. However, paying by UPI/Card/Net Banking, you will get an additional 10% instant Discount.
How long will it take to get my orders?
For prepaid orders, we dispatch our gadgets either the same or the next business day. Delivery times typically range from 3-6 working days after dispatch, varying by the recipient’s city. COD orders MAY take additional processing time.
Is shipping really FREE?
Do you provide a refund or return in case I face any issue with the product?
Yes, we offer a 7-day return window post-delivery for products with damage or manufacturing defects. To initiate a return, please reach out to us through your preferred channel- support@uneeqbox.com, +91 7400465845, or WhatsApp for prompt assistance.
If your product arrives damaged, we request an unboxing video to help us verify and address your concern. Refunds for UPI transactions are processed within 48 hours, and for other payment methods, up to 7 days after inspection. We handle all costs for returns of damaged or incorrect items. Rest assured, we’ll assist you with a full refund once we receive the returned product

What should I do if my order is damaged upon delivery?
We understand that sometimes things happen during delivery, and your item might arrive damaged. We want to assure you that we’re here to help!
Here’s how you can make things easier in case of any damage:
If you notice the packaging is damaged upon delivery, please don’t accept it. Simply refuse the package and reach out to our friendly support team at support@uneeqbox.com with your Order ID. We’ll take care of everything from there.
In case the damage isn’t visible until you open the box, we highly recommend recording a short unboxing video. This will help us quickly assess the situation and get a replacement on its way to you as soon as possible.

WHY MUST I MAKE PAYMENT IMMEDIATELY AT CHECKOUT?
How are return charges applied?
If the return is not due to product damage or receiving a different product, a return shipping charge of Rs.180 (subject to change based on parcel size) will be deducted from your refund amount which will be provided after inspection of the recieved item. Remember, the return Item should be in original & unused condition with intact packaging and labels.
